Greeting Ms. Burroughs,

I was a patient at your facility from 6/29/21 until 7/23/21. In this day and age all too often people are quick to complain and criticize especially in the “Rehab World”. My letter is not that type of letter but one to thank, congratulate, and give special recognition to those staff members that went above and beyond the “Call of Duty” pertaining to my care.

I will begin with the Physical Therapy Team. Matt and Zack were just incredible. But Mahe who was like my personal trainer took me under her wing and brought me from a bedridden state to a walking/functioning human being. She made sure that I would be able to function on my own when I was released. I will be indebted to her forever.

I was tended to by many nurses. However, there were three knowledgeable, caring, efficient, and friendly nurses that took care of me. They were: Kelly M., Martha Ortega, and Alan Chung-Yew. It takes a special person to be a nurse and these three nurses certainly were extra special.

Aids play a very important role in a patient’s recovery. I constantly had food trays sent to me that were always missing something, i.e., milk, juice, coffee, banana mixed fruit, hot cereals, utensils, etc. The following aids always checked back to see if I had received everything on my tray that I was supposed to get and brought me anything that was missing. They also made sure that I had enough towels and wash clothes to bathe with. They were also very friendly and we all had many a conversation and laughs as the conversations were usually humorous. I wish to acknowledge the following “Super Aids”. Michele Blanc, Marie “Rose” Noel who always brought me an extra banana because she knew I loved them, and Mary Duval who brought me extra hot cereal because she knew I was hungry.

Last but certainly not least, I would like to acknowledge Migdalia Lozano CSW for setting up the doctor’s appointments that were needed and the agencies that I would need to continue my recovery at home.

I hope that Complete Care Green Knoll has some sort of system to acknowledge or reward the above-named staff members because they truly deserve it.

The staff at Complete Care are absolutely extraordinary. Their facilities are immaculate. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better facility to take care of our aging grandma. The administrator Ben has been extremely helpful during this painful time for our family. We definitely recommend them for anyone in need. Keep up the great work.

The staff at the facility are absolutely amazing!! My husband was there for rehab after being in the hospital, Shub and her team at the rehab department were phenomenal. The nurses and aides are all so friendly.

The entire staff carry out their individual and collective responsibilities with the best patient care in mind. About 11 months ago, my Mom fell in the shower and was there for several hours before being found. After the hospital, we chose Complete Care at Green Knoll for her rehab. The staff there took care of all the administrative work, helped the family select the best Medicare plan for her situation, etc. In addition, nearly all costs were covered by Medicare for her stay. Many other facilities nickel and dime you for incontinence supplies, oxygen concentrator rentals, etc. After my Mom’s rehab, it was determined that she would need skilled nursing care, so my Mom moved to that unit. The staff there was always caring, provided communication and feedback to the family, and matched her with a roommate that was best for her situation/demeanor. My Mom was well cared for during her stay at Complete Care at Green Knoll.
